5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery time:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

METTLEX® is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with UK consumer law.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags

Non-returnable items include:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Personalised/custom products
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once items have been inspected and approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@mettlex.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos before arranging a replacement or refund.

8. Order Refusal & Cancellation

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
